MIDDLE SCHOOL DIVISION

HOSA's middle school division is a great opportunity and resource to be introduced into the health field. Just like the high school division, middle school competitors are eligible to compete at SLC as well as apply for volunteering and chapter awards.

Attending competition isn't required, but we highly recommend everyone going! SLC and ILC provide fulfilling learning opportunities, and working hard can help you develop professional leadership skills and clinical skills that are imperative and helpful in your future workplace.

Certain competitive events need a specific kind of preparation. Some events demand training of identified skills. Read about how you can prepare for your event. Before buying a resource, ask Mrs. Lawson or an advisor to see if they have the resources you need.
